The Alila Villas Uluwatu is located on a cliff top plateau along the southern coastline of Bali.

The Alila Villas Uluwatu is the first resort in Bali designed from the ground up to achieve Green Globe certification, the highest level of Environmentally Sustainable Design (ESD) certification. The leitmotiv of the member of Design Hotels™ is harmony with nature, expressed in everything from the locally sourced building materials to the seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor. Atop a 100-metre cliff, the luxurious villas are thus open to the outdoors, offering Indian Ocean views from bed to bathtub. Each of the 84 villas is equipped with a private pool, a cabana, a garden and a pavilion, and is executed in a contemporary design. The Alila Villas Uluwatu offers its guests as well the Spa Alila with five treatment villas, a 50 meter-pool, a fitness centre, a library and a leisure concierge. The Resort acts in a sustainable way. Water conservation, recycling and energy-saving enables guests to relax in the knowledge that their ecological footprint is being kept at a minimum. At the same time they can enjoy all the services and amenities inherent to a five-star resort.
