The new Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel represents the height of exclusivity.
The Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel is one of the most impressive hotel projects to be undertaken in the past ten years. The establishment, which belongs to the Eurostars Hotels chain (Hotusa Group), is located in one of the four majestic skyscrapers in the Cuatro Torres Business Area, the new business quarter on the Paseo de la Castellana that will be completed with the opening of the International Convention Centre of the City of Madrid. The five star hotel takes up the first 31 storeys of the impressive SyV Tower, 236 metres in height, making it the tallest hotel in Madrid and one of the tallest in Europe. This stunning colossus, created by the architects Enrique Álvarez Sala and Carlos Rubio Carvajal, forms an almost cylindrical tower, thanks to its equilateral, curved, triangular layout, encased by a sheer glass façade. Inside, the expert touch of the GCA Arquitectes Associats studio is perceptible in the conception of luxury hotels. Each one of the 474 rooms of the Eurostars Madrid Tower Hotel becomes a true vantage point from which to enjoy privileged and hitherto-unseen vistas of the city centre or the spectacular Guadarrama mountain range, the “Sierra”. The plaques of some of the most famous skyscrapers in the world handing on the wall at the entrance to the rooms remind clients that they are inside a gigantic, high-rise building. Apart from the de luxe guestrooms, the hotel offers 25 Junior Suites, measuring 60 square metres, an Executive Suite measuring 80 square metres and a Presidential Suite measuring 110 square metres.
